After starting out her career in hospitality during university years, Tara ended up in London for 7 years. In the last 2 years of London life I was meeting with a recruiter for my next hospitality role when it was suggested that I might enjoy recruitment (this story sound familiar to anyone?) so I jumped into the wonderful world of recruitment and have remained either right in the thick of it or on the peripheral ever since.
Having worked for large international Recruitment companies and small NZ owned and operated businesses, Tara stepped away from straight recruitment roles into positions that have allowed me to focus on solution selling across the HR arena (including recruitment.) The ability to focus on my passion for business development and relationship management in a service industry lead me to Hello Monday. It is here at Hello Monday that I feel all my skills and past experiences have come together. I get to design solutions for our clients, manage a small recruitment team and work closely with HR and Recruitment Consultants (who are really my tribe)
