Donna wears multiple hats in the RecTech Solutions, Ratescalc and Recruitment Yarns businesses. Her role as Client Services Manager for Ratescalc is focused both on sales and onboarding of new clients as well as support for existing Ratescalc clients. Donna also manages the huge task of being Col’s Executive Assistant. Not only that, for the past 3 years, Donna has been an integral part of the planning of Recruitment Yarns, travelling with the Yarns tour each year managing the local events to make sure everything runs smoothly. This year, Donna will also be a host in Adelaide drawing on her 20+ years in recruitment which has spanned both internal and agency recruitment in a diverse client base across Australia. Her recruitment career has focused on blue and white collar roles in the mining and construction industries – high volume recruitment, executive search, permanent and contract recruitment in construction, open cut and underground mining, and heavy engineering industries in both public and private organisations. Given this diverse background, the key principles remain the same – providing exemplary service to her clients.
